Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: your name, contact details and correspondence; details you provide through our enquiry forms; information relevant to your matter, including property, financial and, where relevant, special category data; technical data such as IP address and browser type when you visit our website; and information you provide if you apply to work with us.
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide legal services under our contract with you, comply with our professional and legal obligations (including anti-money laundering checks), and, where you have consented, to send updates about our services. Where we rely on legitimate interests, this is to operate and improve our practice and website.

We retain client files and related records for the period required by our professional obligations and insurers, typically at least six years from the conclusion of a matter, and longer where the nature of the matter requires it. Website enquiry data that does not proceed to instruction is retained only as long as reasonably necessary.
