She began her career at a long-established firm in West London before moving to Bishop & Sewell, a leading Central London practice, where she honed her expertise in lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and freehold purchases.

Roshan Sivapalan

Roshan Sivapalan is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), specialising in residential leasehold valuation for over 15 years. He has handled over 5,000 lease renewal and freehold purchases successfully representing leaseholders across London and the South East and has represented clients in the First Tier Tribunal in enfranchisement disputes. Roshan has also been appointed as an Expert Witness in the County Court, Family Court & High Courts in contentious residential valuation matters.
